Consultation Fees

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Our goal is to ensure that you receive thorough information and recommendations, tailored to meet your specific needs. Our time investment in patient education enables us to render the best possible outcome for your dental treatment.

Depending on the type of consultation appointment you are being seen for, the fee can range between $135 to $195 and has the insurance code 01602 or 01204. For more comprehensive exams, the initial consultation fee may range from $250 to $300.

Please note, payment is due at the time of service. We do not submit to dental insurance nor do we accept direct payment from your insurance company.

After your consultation appointment, a predetermination form will be given to you so that you may submit to your insurance company for an estimate of the proposed treatment plan.

X-Ray Fees

If your dentist and/or physician has taken x-rays you may request that they forward them to our office. In most cases x-rays can be emailed to our office at [email protected] for our Brampton location and [email protected] for our Ancaster location. If additional x-rays are necessary they can be taken at our office. 

Panorex: A panorex x-ray (a full image of all of the teeth in your mouth including surrounding structures around the wisdom teeth) is $115 and has an insurance procedure code of 02601.

CBCT Scan: The fee for CBCT scans range between $295 for one quadrant to $450 for four quadrants (insurance codes 02931, 02932, 02933, 02934 respectively). You will also have to remove any metal from the neck up (i.e. earrings, nose rings, etc.)
